Our greenhouses are located on Butternut Lane in Norwich off of Route 5 North, just two and one-half miles from I-91 and the Ledyard bridge.

Our Greenhouses will open Saturday April 26th for the 2008 Season.

Soil: Through years of experimentation we have created our own special soil mixes to meet the growing needs of different plants. Our organic vegetable starts grow in a compost mix that we make in our fields!

IPM: When we need to address a problem like aphids or mildew in our greenhouses we rely on IPM (integrated pest management) including releasing beneficial insects, and spraying with organic approved sprays and microbial soil treatments. In rare cases, if all else fails (and NEVER on organic plants) we use non-organic sprays.

Our vegetable starts are grown under inspected, certified organic conditions.

Our non-organic greenhouses are fertilized with commercial soluble fertilizers.
